An example...
A Family Affair:
For a family event such as baby shower or family reunion, you would need something retro pattern and shape.
An example...
A Wedding:
You need something feminine and sophisticated for a wedding reception. Have a bag with sequins, ruffles or something cheeky.
An example...
School:
You would need a large, roomy shoulder bag. Something like a leather cross-body satchel or a large shopper, to carry books, pens and the occasional laptop.
An example...
Your Birthday Party:
On your birthday you are the centre of attention. Go with something trendy but simple, but to give off the "I just show up to these things looking fabulous all the time" look.

A Casual Night Out:
So you are heading out to your favourite pub for a beer and a snack. You want to look cute, but not like you are trying to hard. A snakeskin bag with a moody colour would be the perfect choice.
An example...
A Summer Festival:
A summer festival has plenty of fresh air, live music and finger food, which calls for a bit of boho fun. You should choose an over-the-shoulder satchel with fringe, feathers or one made from tooled leather.

You should have a big totes with a lot of space for water bottles, snacks and towels. Something in a vivid colour, which can be easily spotted in the sand when coming back from the water.
